First Generation
1. Catharine SCOTT , daughter of William SCOTT ( - ) and Jane RUSSELL ( - ), was born on 6 May 1842 in Wester Rora, Longside, Aberdeenshire. She married James BLACKETT on 1 January 1863 in Wester Rora. She died on 21 April 1893.
James BLACKETT , son of James BLACKETT ( -bef1863) and Mary BROWN ( -bef1863), was born on 3 April 1831 in Pen-Y-Lan, Dolosbagie, Ceylon. He died on 4 October 1893. He was buried in Allenvale Cem. He and Catharine SCOTT had the following children:
Florence Eva BLACKETT (1873-1939). Florence was born on 13 February 1873 in Tulloch House, Meldrum, Aberdeenshire. She died on 10 February 1939. She was buried in Clatt, Aberdeenshire. |
